2012 Registration for the Chicago Kids Triathlon will open soon!! 

This is the largest event of its kind attracting over 1,000 youngsters. Open to boys and girls 7-14 years old, the event has individual and relay team competition. In 2010 the event was sold out. If you want to race in 2012, be sure to register early!

For kids 7-10 years: 100 meter Swim, 4k Bike & 1k Run.

For kids 11-14 years: 200 meter Swim, 8k Bike & 2k Run.

(Age as of 12/31/11 per USAT rules)

The swim takes place in Lake Michigan in shallow water, parallel to the beach. The bike and run take place on closed park roadways and running paths. It is a great opportunity for kids to break into the sport.
